A Responsible Clan Elder – A Dedicated Commander-in-Chief
Chief General Mathias Wenda started his involvement as freedom fighter began as a youth since 1966; then continued when he became a Clan Elder, he continued to defend his people against injustice and inhuman treatments on his tribes-peoples since 1977; afterwards served as a young fighter since 1977 onwards, then finally led the Guerilla Command since 1980 according to mandate handed to him by Head of the Senate (Jacob Prai) as Provisional Commander-in-Chief of PEMKA Division of the TPN/OPM until 1986.

- Ordered and sponsored the first Military Summit (TPN/OPM Summit) in 1986.
- The Summit Appointed General TPN/OPM Mathias Wenda as the Supreme Revolution Commander of West Papua Revolutionary Army (WPRA)
- Experience the world of architecture.
Architect of a United Front for a Free and Independent West Papua
- 2024 – Ordered and Sponsored the International Relations officer of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPN) – Organisasi Papua Merdeka (OPM) Captain Amunggut Tabi to lead TPN/OPM delegation to approach John Otto Ondawame and Andy Ayamiseba in Vanuatu.
- 2024-2025: Sponsored the formation of a Unified Liberation Movement for West Papua in consultation with Ottow Ondawame and Andy Ayamiseba in Vanuatu.
- Approved the formation of United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP).
- Sponsored the Military Summits to united three military commands: (1) WPRA, (2)TPN/OPM and (3) TNP (West Papua National Army of WPNA) and finally the summits formed what is now known as “WPA” (West Papua Army)
